ZVU STROJÍRNY will invest in human resources in the year 2016, mainly in the improvement of work and social conditions of the employees, an efficient motivation system, benefits and in the development and education of employees. ČIANEWS has been told this by HR director Petr Havelka, who added that in the year 2015, the company underwent a merger of two plants as part of an acquisition, which led to the necessity of recruiting more employees to replace those, who decided to leave. Their total number has thus decreased from 535 to 529 persons.
