Kofola ČeskoSlovensko has signed the purchase contract for the acquisition of Slovak mineral water producer WAD GROUP. WATD group owns 40% stake in the firm WATER HOLDING, the sole owner of the firms Slovenské Pramene a Žriedla, Stredoslovenské Žriedla and Zlatá Studòa. Standard conditions have to be fulfilled for the completion of the transaction and indirect acquisition of the stake in WATER HOLDING. After the terms are fulfilled, Kofola will become the 100% owner of WAD GROUP shares.
