Carmaker ŠKODA AUTO sold more than 18,000 cars in the first five months of 2016 to fleet clients, i.e. 47.9% of all cars sold on the Czech market. The y/y growth totalled more than 30%. The most demanded model was ŠKODA Octavia (over 8,000 units). Superb’s sales tripled in the y/y comparison. The carmaker has stated that it has signed 981 contracts with fleet customers in 5M 2016.
