Mortgage bank Wüstenrot Hypoteční Banka saw the value of extended mortgages grow 46% in H1 2015. The bank provided totally CZK 2.98bn in mortgages and purpose loans in the period. Last year, the total value of extended mortgages reached CZK 2.23bn. According to the bank, the growth was driven also by the increasing average value of mortgages, which reached CZK 1.5m per loan in 2015.
