Czech state-controlled power utility ČEZ accidentally released 2010 earnings data four days ahead of schedule in an email sent to reporters Thursday inviting them to a press conference. Although the Prague- and Warsaw-listed company immediately followed up with a recall notice, saying the numbers were “not acutal”, brokers were already trading on the data, and ČEZ later published the results on its website.
