Carmaker ŠKODA AUTO has delivered more than 1 million vehicles to clients year-to-date and thus reached the milestone ca. one month earlier than in 2015. Superb’s sales grew 85.2% y/y to 115,000. According to the company, additional growth in 2017 will be supported by the rejuvenated Octavia model and the Kodiaq SUV, which will be delivered to first clients in February 2017. The brand has formulated its long-term growth strategy in the Strategy 2025 document. The strategy’s main topics will include e.g. electromobility, company, product and producion digitalisation, new mobility services and expanded connectivity.
