Sanofi is implementing a new organisational structure in 2016, but does not plan any major layoffs. This information was provided to ČIANEWS by HR director of the Sanofi Group in the Czech Republic and Slovakia Anna Hudáková who added that only a slight headcount increase was planned in manufacturing, depending on production requirements. HR investments will be higher this year due to the purchase and implementation of new IT systems that will help increase labour effectivity.
