Accolade has secured loans totalling EUR 30m from Erste Corporate Banking, of Česká Spořitelna Financial group, for the financing of four rental buildings in industrial parks in Ostrov u Stříbra and Týništi nad Orlicí. The tenants in Panattoni Park Stříbro will include Linde Pohony, member of KION Group, as well as Ideal Automotive and Leoni. Assa Bloy is moving into the park in Týniště nad Orlicí. Panattoni Europe is Accolade’s main partner for the parks’ building and development.
