Developer AFI EUROPE will in October 2016 commence construction of an administrative complex in Prague 6 on the corner of Evropská and Kladenská streets. Centrum AFI Vokovice will consist of two buildings with six and eight storeys above ground on a shared underground base with a leasable area of almost 15,000 m2. The complex will also include retail units, storage space and space for gastronomic establishments. The general construction supplier is GEMO OLOMOUC. The project should be completed in August 2018.
