O2 Czech Republic reported operating revenues totalling CZK 27.72bn for 9M 2016, up from CZK 27.70bn in 9M 2016. EBITDA grew 4.5% to CZK 7.85bn. Net profit soared 7.7% to CZK 4.01bn. O2 CR’s mobile client base in the Czech Republic totalled 4.92 million persons (up 0.2%). ARPU reached CZK 288 (up 0.6%). Growth continues to be driven by O2 TV digital TV services and mobile data. O2 CR estimates the full-year EBITDA at CZK 10.4-10.7bn and foresees consolidated net profit of CZK 5.1-5.4bn. O2 CR’s board of directors chairman and general director Tomáš Budník has stated that the board is considering proposing dividend payment totalling 90-110% of net profit for 2016. Above this framework, he wants to propose the division of the share premium of CZK 4 per share.
