Erste Group Immorent ČR plans to complete the building F in the premise Futurama III in July 2016. Some one half of tenants will be formed by current firms from the Business Park Futurama. The company also talks with new customers, ČIANEWS was told by executive Tomáš Velemínský. According to his words, green technologies in the project Futurama III are based on the requirement for nearly zero costs on heating and cooling of the building. This will likely be secured by 30 drills and a use of the geothermal energy as a source of heat and cool air.
