Linde Material Handling has presented a unique solution for robotic carts that scan the space with LIDAREM (laser radar) and then are moving through the space by comparing the image in memory with reality. The return period could reach less than a year. Linde Material Handling Česká Republika’s executive director Jindřich Kotyza has stated in an interview for ČIANEWS that the firm is readying additional types of carts, primarily robotic retracks. These special warehouse carts can move in narrower lanes thanks to their structures and achieve stacking height of up to 13m.
