Regulated components of electricity prices will stagnate in 2016 on the same levels as in 2015, says Energy Regulatory Office’s (ERÚ) chairwoman Alena Vitásková. According to Ms. Vitásková, the moderate price growth will reflect the setting of new pro-investment conditions for regulated entities in the electroenergetics sector. Ms. Vitásková says that the end prices of gas in 2016 will remain unchanged, while regulated price components will grow moderately. Depending on the development of wholesale prices of gas, the unregulated price components may be expected to drop several per cents.
