The company CTP plans the construction in CTParks Plzeň, Teplice, Prague North, Blučina, and Hranice in 2016. It builds a R&D centre for the company LEAR in the CTPark Plzeň. The company will also build a crossdock and logistic centre for the company SCHENKER in the CTPark Blučina. Few weeks ago the company handed over halls in Zápy u České Lípy and Kvasiny, ČIANEWS was told by company sales manager Jaroslav Kaizr. According to his words, CTP has currently 149,000 m2 of industrial and logistic premises in the Czech Republic and 2,600 m2 in Slovakia.
