The 23,000 m2 BUTTERFLY office complex will be completed in Prague-Karlín in Q4 2017. Offices will account for 18,000 m2 of the total area. CBRE has secured the contract for the rental of the readied premises. The offered offices will be sized 300-4,260 m2, depending on clients’ wishes. The facility will include also 303 parking places. AFI EUROPE is the project’s developer. The project is currently in the ground preparation work phase. The information was provided by CBRE.
