Construction savings bank Českomoravská Stavební Spořitelna (ČMSS) entered into more than 135,000 new construction savings contracts in the first nine months of 2015, down 16% y/y. The decline may be attributed primarily to seasonal factors. The company had held a massive campaign to support savings in H1 2014, which was not repeated this year. This year’s sales are comparable to 2012 and 2013. The spokesperson for ČMSS, Tomáš Kofron, has stated in a survey for ČIANEWS that the average target sum increased by 14% y/y and exceeds CZK 430,000 now.
