On 14 February, couples can choose from a four or seven-course degustation menu, designed by the Kempinski’s Executive Chef, Marek Fichtner, which will feature such selections as cod fillet on saffron linguini, organic Czech beef with smoked pomme purée, and grilled king scallops on ginger and coriander risotto.
