Pawz, who provides dog-walking, sitting, training and running services for busy Praguers, is hosting a fun and informative event for all dog owners and dog lovers. Paws Day will be held on 25 October starting 2 p.m. in the lower part of Riegrovy sady’s off-leash dog area in Prague 2.
Visitors will get a chance to learn about dog care and all the key issues a dog owner should be familiar with during this informal get-together headed by a moderator and the event’s speakers. The program includes demonstrations of daily dog care, canine sports, canine physiotherapy, canine massage and first aid. The whole event will be moderated in both English and Czech to make everyone feel welcome.
„For a while now, clients have been coming to us with questions like which vet to go to, what dog food to choose, where to go for off-leash runs in the city, how to go about training their pooch, how to optimally care for their dog, and have been curious about the different free-time activities that would suit their dog’s character and physical prowess. These are some of the basic questions that we will be addressing during our event on Saturday, 25th of October, starting 2 p.m. at the off-leash area in Riegrovy sady,“ the founder of Pawz, Martina Čermáková, says.
Paws Day aims to improve dog owners’ awareness about the local off- and on-leash legislation beyond the city centre, to shed light on the compulsory registration of their dogs, and to provide them with practical information and tips on how to actively, meaningfully and responsibly engage with their pets.
