Having largely escaped aerial bombing during WWII, Prague is famed as a treasure house of architectural styles as varied as Romanesque and Cubist. One of its more striking contemporary buildings is on the outskirts of the city in the village of Lipence, where the Janka family decided to construct a distinctive home.
