That elusive ‘hip neighbourhood’ has shifted around over the years, moving along the perimeter of the city from Holešovice to Karlín to Žižkov to Vinohrady. These days, though, it’s all happening in a tiny sliver of the southeastern neighbourhood of Vršovice.
