Controversial US lawyer Ed Fagan is launching far-reaching legal action against the Czech Republic and individual ministers after failing to get cooperation over his bid to verify whether the state has failed to honor commitments relating to a bond issued by the western Bohemian spa town of Karlovy Vary in 1924.
