As Czech Position first reported in November, the anti-corruption police (ÚOKFK) have been investigating 36 cases of suspected corruption in public tenders in which several allegedly rigged lottery machines were used to narrow down the number of bidders. The verdict is now clear: the winners for a number of public contracts were determined in advance, according to an expert opinion, which shows the software was manipulated.
