Prague, May 8 (CTK) – Lawrence Cherono of Kenya won the Prague Marathon, unofficially clocking in 2:07:24 and beating defending Felix Kandie by 50 seconds, and Solomon Kirwa Yego, also of Kenya, who finished third.
The winning time yesterday has been the best since 2012.
Cherono improved his personal record by more than two minutes.
A total of 10,600 runners took part in the Prague Marathon.
