The first part of the Malaysian investment into production technologies in Kunovice-based firm Evektor, totalling CZK 150m, will be completed in November 2015. Evektor-Aerotechnik’s Head of Marketing & Sales Vít Kotek has told ÈIANEWS that the investment includes the acquisition of CNC machine tool centres and machines and modernisation of the production halls in the Kunovice plant. Part of the investment will be made into the testing and certification program of the EV-55 aircraft, incl. the fee for EASA, and the purchase of components for the aircraft’s assembly.
