Between 2004 and 2010, the total income of the Czech Republic from the European Union budget amounted to CZK 797.53bn. In 2014 alone, the sum was CZK 120.64bn. Compared to that, overall payments to the EU budget totalled CZK 387.29bn in the last decade. In 2014 alone, the sum was CZK 44.47bn. This information was provided by the Ministry of Finance (MF) which added that the Czech Republic’s net position against the EU budget was CZK 410.24bn in the years 2004 to 2010. In 2014 alone, it was CZK 76.17bn.
