The total size of the administrative area in Prague increased to 3,233,800 m2 in Q3 2016. The class A/class B buildings ratio reached 71%. The best-quality buildings of the class AAA show a share of 17% of the total size. A total of 13,900 m2 of office area were completed in the period. Some 247,300 m2 are under construction. A total of 33,400 m2 of offices will likely be completed in 2016 and 178,800 m2 will likely be completed in 2017.
