The Czech-born Swiss owner of blood plasma company Diag Human, Josef Šťáva — who claims the Czech state owes the firm around CZK 10 billion in damages — said on Wednesday that he had sold the company to an international group of investors. The move follows seizures of Czech state property abroad in Austria last week after a Paris court recognized a 2008 arbitration ruling in favor of Diag Human’s claims against the Czech state.
