On December 3rd, an arsonist set fire to a new branch of the pizzeria network on Pražská Street in Příbram. Now, the owners offer CZK 250, 000 for information that might help them find the man. So far, the police have not been able to identify the criminal.
A man wearing a mask entered the restaurant in the middle of the night through the window and poured flammable liquid around the facility. After, he ignited a fire and before leaving, also set on fire a car parked in the courtyard according to Czech police. Since the man was wearing a mask, his identity is not yet established.
After committing the crime, the man drove away with his accomplice in a dark car, presumably in the Škoda Superb III or Audi A6 in the direction of Žižkova according to the statement by the police.
The damage to the restaurant is valued at 1,5 million CZK and according to the owner, the restaurant was not covered by insurance. Another 250 thousand CZK is offered for valuable information on the whereabouts of the criminal.
“There was a meeting with the owner of the building, he threw in the amount of 250 thousand crowns, which he is willing to give for traces that will lead to the capture and punishment of the perpetrator,” Jan Krejčík, the owner of the restaurant network, said according to CNN Prima News.
